Organization and Utilization of Web-based IJNS System
| Web-based IJNS System is designed to provide a sufficient way to control IJNS articles' submission, reviewing, subscription and management. To realize these functions, three sub-systems have been designed: |
| 1. Web-based Article Submission System |
| Authors may use Web-based Article Submission System to submit and resubmit paper and view article status. |
| 2. Web-based Article Review System |
| Reviewers may login Web-based Article Review System to review assigned papers and check review history. |
| 3. Web-based IJNS Edition/Publishing System |
| Web-based IJNS Edition/Publishing System is used by editors to control article review process, journal publication, subscription and account management. |
| Web-based Article Submission System |
| For authors who would like to submit articles with or without request by IJNS Editorial Board, Submission System is provided. In various stages, authors may login to send papers and check article status. |
 For the authors who would like to submit your new manuscript, when your article is ready to submit, please fill in all blank of the Article Submission Form with your personal information. |

| Web-based Article Review System |
| Review System is provided for reviewers' evaluation use. After receiving notification, reviewers may login to evaluate assigned paper, review result will be immediately sent to IJNS. Reviewed article history will be saved. |

| Web-based IJNS Edition/Publishing System |
| Edition/Publishing function of both Web-based IJNS and printed IJNS are provided in the system. |
| Web-based IJNS can be viewed freely by the system. |
| Subscription of printed IJNS and ordering offprint can be made by the system. |
