Instruction of How to Prepare Manuscript
| The format of manuscript is same for all kinds of articles of both review papers and original papers. Please read the following instructions carefully to prepare for the manuscript by using the template attached to this instruction. [download] |
| 1. Number of pages |
| The maximum number of pages is different with the kind of your article. The standard number of printed pages will be listed below, although it will be flexibly applied. |

| 2. Paper size and Format |
| Each paper can be divided into two parts. The first part includes the title, authors' name, affiliation, E-mail, abstract, keyword, with the footnote where received date will be described in the first page. The second part is the main body of the paper. |
| The size of the manuscript must be A4 and it should be typed in two columns with single spacing. |

| 3. Manuscript submission |
| Submitting manuscripts MUST BE both WORD and Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Regardless of the number of pages, the sizes of individual files to be sent electronically, should not exceed eight megabytes (8 MB). |
| 4. Fonts and Style |
| 4.1 The first part |
| (1) Paper title: The font must be Times New Roman and the font size is bold 18 pt. |
| (2) Name of all authors: The font must be Times New Roman and the font size is bold 14 pt. The order of author's name is Family name with followed by First and second name. The family name should be written by all upper case letter. All authors' name should have super-fixed number according to the different affiliation. |
| (3) Affiliations: The font must be Italic and the font size is 9 pt. All different affiliations of authors with individual author's E-mail address should be listed up by indicating the different numbers of Arabic numeral. |
| (4) Abstract: The font must be Times New Roman and the font size is 9 pt. The left margin is 20 mm while the right margin is 10 mm. Please summarize the paper content with the sequence of purpose, method, result and conclusion by an appropriate way according to the kind of articles. |
| (5) Keywords: The font must be Times New Roman and the font size is 9 pt. Please list up three to five keywords which can represent the content of your paper appropriately. |
| (6) Footnote parts: The received date of this article will be inserted by Editorial Board. The font must be Times New Roman and the font size is 9 pt. |
| 4.2 The second part |
| The second part consisting of the paper body must be edited in the double column format, with each column 80 mm width and separated by 8 mm. All top-level headings including Acknowledgement and References should start from the left in Times New Roman bold 14 pt font. Three-level headings are allowed by starting Arabic numerals such as "2 Top-level heading", "2.1 Second-level heading" and "2.1.1 Third-level heading". The fonts of the second-level and the third-level headings and the text should be all Times New Roman 10.5 pt font with only the second-level heading being the bold font. |
| 5. Figures, Tables and Equations |
| 5.1 Figures |
| All figures are required to be of bit maps format, with lines uniformly thick and well defined lines with the resolution better than 200dpi. Pictures should be grayscales. The figure title should be 9 pt font. The values in the both vertical and horizontal axis should be clearly readable with units indicated for the both axis. |
| 5.2 Tables |
| The three-line tables as shown in the Template should be used, and the units of variables should be clearly given. |
| 5.3 Requirements for Equation |
| The size of the characters in the equation should be 10.5 points. Number should be added for those necessary equations. The variables in equations should be written by Italic. The units such as kg, mm and the constants such as ℮, π. should be bold. |
| 6. References |
| All references should be numbered in Arabic numerals with the sequence of their appearance in the paper. The place of the individual appearance of the reference in the paper should be indicated as the upper-case number. The font must be Times New Roman and the font size is 9 pt. The way of writing the references is indicated in the following examples according to the different kinds of references (Journals, Books, Reports, Conference proceedings, and Ph.D. thesis) |
